Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. You will be asked for your password, and the account is deleted straight away.
Your invoices, payments, warranties and service history stay with the shop. We are required to keep our commercial records, and your warranty depends on the job that issued it — deleting that would void a certificate you may still need to claim on.
If you have never had work done with us, there is nothing to keep, and your record is removed along with your account.
Ring the branch you deal with and ask for your account to be deleted. We ask for something only you would know before we do it — a public web form cannot tell who is asking, and we are not willing to delete somebody's account on the strength of a typed phone number.
Deleting your account does not settle an outstanding balance, and it does not cancel a car that is with us. Ring us about either.
